A lot of people ask me what my diet is like and what I eat so I figured I would share that here. I have always been someone who prefers to eat healthy but I have a sweet tooth as well. These foods are what work for me and help me to stay on track! I follow an IIFYM approach (read my blog post about that here) so I do not have a specific diet/menu and I definitely will have some cheat meals on the weekend. I preach balance when it comes to fitness and healthy living, if you love sugary cereal you can totally fit that into your macros and still achieve your goals!

  • Liquid egg whites

  • 99% lean chicken - organic

  • Jennie-O 99% lean ground turkey

  • Pro-Series Muscle Milk

  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Cashew Milk

  • Gluten free oatmeal

  • Cheerios

  • Quest Bars (Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and S'mores are my favorite)

  • Jif powdered peanut butter

  • No sugar added frozen blueberries

  • Broccoli

  • Green Beans

  • Mushroom

  • Frozen Chopped Spinach

  • Halo Top Ice Creams

  • Monster Zero
